7.-
-
As with any fitness
program, consult a
professional about the
physical risks.
-
If you are not sure that
you are ready, maybe you
are not.
-
Remember: Always start
with a warm-up, peak to
performance and drift to
a cool down. Never peak
to performance
initially, you will not
get there any faster.
-
You will always make a
difference, just believe
you are in control– YOU
ARE!!!!
-
Mind over Matter really
does work, it’s call
WILL POWER!!!
-
What you do today will
always change the
outcome of tomorrow.
-
The CONSTANT factor in
life is CHANGE!!!
-
Reach from within to
find the extra boost you
may sometimes need to
continue.
-
Even if you stop, at
least you’ve started.
-
If you can do it one
time, you can do it
again.
-
Don’t forget prayer is a
key factor to life.
