Below are some of the questions our Absolute Fitness Plus Spa guests frequently ask. Reviewing these questions might help you prepare for your Spa visit.

 

 

 

1.- Vegan lifestyle is the total absence of meat products, artificial oils and meat related condiments. Vegans over the years have been defined by several ways. Some people believe the primary focus of a Vegan is animal rights, some are, but not all. Some Vegans are simply people that prefer a more detoxified way of living. Vegans are typically low in parasites and ova count in the body as opposed to meat-eaters. Some Vegans have a deeper religious meaning to their lifestyle.

 

2.- Anyone that have the will and ambition can become Vegan and not all Vegans are slim. “Healthy” does not mean Skinny and “Fat” does not mean out of shape.

 

3.- It is common that a meat-eater turned Vegan have better health and fitness habits.

 

4.- Vegans are totally absence of meat or meat products, such as, cheese, milk and butters, etc… However, Vegetarian may not eat red meat or certain types of meats, but will indulge, occasionally, in poultry or dairy like products. VEGANS will not.

 

5.- Vegans get protein from varies sources: SOY, Spinach, all types of beans, pasta. In many cases, Vegans get more protein than meat eaters.

 

6.- There is no age requirement or recommended age to start a Vegan lifestyle, anytime is a good time. However, the earlier you start practicing healthy living, the more beneficial for your body’s experience.

  • As with any fitness program, consult a professional about the physical risks.

  • If you are not sure that you are ready, maybe you are not.

  • Remember: Always start with a warm-up, peak to performance and drift to a cool down. Never peak to performance initially, you will not get there any faster.

  • You will always make a difference, just believe you are in control– YOU ARE!!!!

  • Mind over Matter really does work, it’s call WILL POWER!!!

  • What you do today will always change the outcome of tomorrow.

  • The CONSTANT factor in life is CHANGE!!!

  • Reach from within to find the extra boost you may sometimes need to continue.

  • Even if you stop, at least you’ve started.

  • If you can do it one time, you can do it again.

  • Don’t forget prayer is a key factor to life.
